Spiritual Gifts

Sherri is trying to find out what her Spiritual Gifts are. I typed out the list that I have and emailed it to her. It would be such a waste of all of that typing and time if I did not share it with you all too. I think that I have Three of these: Can you guess which three?

SPIRITUAL GIFTS

Apostles--One of the men selected by Jesus to be an eye witness of the events of His life, to see Him after his resurrection, and to testify to mankind concerning Him.
Prophets--Those whose primary task is to proclaim God's Truth to others, on behalf of God, without compromise.
Evangelists--One whose special function was to announce the glad tidings of the Gospel to those before ignorant of them.
Pastor-Teacher--One who has the ability to teach others what the Bible says and whose greatest desire and most effective ministry is in training others to minister in the body of Christ.
Prophecy--The ability to proclaim God's Truth to others without compromise resulting in edification, exhortation, and comfort for the believer and conviction of the non-believer.
Teaching--The ability to be able to explain God's Truth in a way that others understand it and can act upon it.
Exhortation--The ability to draw close to individuals in time of need, counseling them accurately with the Word of God, persuading them to take courage in the face of something they must do or assuring them to take comfort because of something that has happened. The ability to urge, advise, to warn strongly.
Word of Wisdom--The ability to have insight into people and situations that is not obvious to the average person combined with an understanding of what to do and how to do it. The ability to expose God's Truth so that people can see principles for living.
Word of Knowledge--The ability to understand things which others do not know and cannot comprehend on their own. The ability to have insights into God's Word and It's practical applications.
Showing Mercy--The ability to have immediate compassion for those suffering physically combined with great joy in meeting their need. The ability to comfort people. They will be able to go and lift people's spirit and give them renewed strength to carry the load.
Ministry--The ability to perform any task or responsibility with joy which benefit others and meets practical and material needs that exist in the name of Jesus.
Helps--The ability to bring immediate support and help to someone in the performing of a task in order to relieve his burden and responsibilities. The ability to help lift the load and to help take care of the details of others so that they can concentrate on their gifts.
Leadership--The ability to lead others in meaningful endeavors that demonstrate personal care and concern to meet their needs and encourage their growth.(governments)
Giving--The ability to give your material goods and financial resources with joy and eagerness without any motives that would benefit you.
Miracles--The ability to perform supernatural acts which clearly demonstrates God's power as being greater than that of Satan.
Healing--The ability to cause a complete and instantaneous physical healing by direct command and/or touch.
Tongues--The ability to speak in foreign languages without any previous knowledge of that language. (BTW this is not, I repeat not some unknown language. It is the ability to speak say...Spanish or Portugese without knowing it previously. It is to be used as a witnessing tool.)
Interpretation of Tongues--The ability to translate for the benefit of others the message of the one who speaks in tongues without any previous knowledge of the language being spoken.(again only given as a witnessing tool not for jumping up and down in a church service babbling in an unknown tongue! Do not misunderstand what I am sharing here!)
Faith--An unusual reliance upon God.
Discerning of Spirits--The ability to be able to detect if of God or of Satan.
