I feel like I have been hit by a truck

A Big One. I have had something like bronchitis/the flu for the last few days. All in the midst of building Michael's room downstairs.

I was so tired that in between helping Riky with the room, I was able to sleep on the couch. With the air compressor, air nailer, and the saw going in the same room as I was. I could not sleep through the Ram Set(?) which is essentially the sound of firing a 22 inside the house. I couldn't sleep at all when he was doing that! I slept almost all day yesterday (I even missed the eclipse) and was able to get up today, but still felt pretty cruddy.

Michael's room is coming along nicely and Riky is framing the closet as I type this. I am trying to stay upstairs because going up and down them wears me out today.
