Last week Josh (pictured above) came over to help us do the electrical work for Michael's room. We had been at a standstill for weeks waiting on the person we had asked to come over and help us. Josh's SIL Amy mentioned to me the other day that I should ask him if he could help us. Honestly, I had resolved myself to calling an electrician if, after the first of April, there was no progress. We gave it one more week and then I persuaded Riky to ask Josh to help us. Josh gladly volunteered to get it done. He came through with a stellar parts list, too. The man at Lowe's who helped me knew exactly what was needed. He (the Lowe's guy) even took the time to say how spectacular and thorough the list was. That's Josh for ya :)
Praise the Lord. He was such an answer to prayer. I had been hoping to get Michael's room done by his birthday, then that date moved to the end of March. Now I am actually feeling that it might be done someday. Thanks to Josh. He gave up an entire evening (so far) to come help us. I think that there is still a few hours left worth of work. After I get the painting done, he will come in and hook up everything. We are so grateful for multi-talented friends. Not only is he knowledgeable in things electrical, the man can make a list. LOL :) Thanks Josh, and thank you Sherri, for letting us borrow your man!
