I just heard this on the news
Basically it says that P.E.T.A. wants people to start calling all fish and other marine animals "sea kittens."
The reason?
Because by calling them kittens it makes people realize that fish have feelings too.
Please tell me this is a joke.
They are proposing to change the name of "Whitefish High School" here in... you guessed it....Whitefish, Montana to "Sea Kitten High School"
COME. ON. Who are these people?

Hmmmm..I would hope this is a big joke! I think that we should all be called "land people". Well, we do have feelings too. God put the fish on the earth to feed us. If we all started to refer to fish in the manner they want then..who will eat them? Give me a break!! Don't they have anything else to do than think of stupid things and try to pass laws and drive people NUTS?
From what I gather, it's not a joke! I had heard about something similar from my neighbor when I enquired about her "P.E.T.A. ~People eating tasty animals" t-shirt OVER TWO YEARS AGO!!!

OH Dear!!! Say it isn't so.. Well I have never seen that t-shirt before. Are they going to really change the name of the school? I forgot to sign my name and didn't realize it until I sent me.

I didn't know who it was for sure, either you or Judy were at the top of my guesses, but that's alright, you know me, I'll talk to anybody ;)
I would hope that the wouldn't change the name, but who knows. People do some strange stuff. If they do change the name of the school, what next????
