We have sold all of the puppies!!! We still have two with us, which we are falling in love with. Riky said last night that we need to hurry up and get rid of Chico (formerly Uno) soon, because that puppy LOVES Riky. He is so sweet and playful and tons of fun. His owners are coming from Helena on Friday to pick him up and then we will have one more left in the house (Trecy)until right before Christmas.
This was a wonderful experience. I loved it! I would have puppies all of the time if I didn't have to have lots of mother dogs in order to have them. We don't want more dogs, but puppies are fun and not much of a challenge up until this point. I think that the reason why they are "ready to go" at 6-10 weeks is because they start getting to be more of the humans responsibility instead of the mothers, but really MamaCita still takes care of the two that we have mostly and they entertain themselves pretty well~at least while there are two of them. We shall see what happens when Trecy is alone....
