Prized Possessions
When our boys have friends over we make them share their toys. There is a special exception made for when we are doing respite care for a certain little boy. His intentions are just to play with the toys, but there is always a trail of broken pieces and body parts left in his wake. He just CAN'T help but be too rough with the toys. We couldn't think of any other way to prevent his destructive tendencies without punishing our boys, so on Friday mornings when he is going to be over for the weekend, the boys start hauling their prized possessions up to our closet.
